Screen Wash 147 is formulated to be safe for screen mesh, emulsion, and capillary stencils. Its cleaning action helps remove ink residue while reducing deep staining and ghost images that can make screens more difficult to reclaim later.

- Card or scrape excessive ink from the screen before applying Screen Wash 147.
- For press washing, apply Screen Wash 147 to the squeegee side of the screen.
- Scrub the ink using a suitable non-absorbent scrub pad.
- Wipe away loosened ink and cleaner with rags or shop towels.
- Reapply as necessary to remove remaining ink residue from the image area.
- A squeegee can be used to pull loosened ink toward one end of the screen, helping reduce the number of towels required.
- For recirculating cleaning, remove excessive ink before placing the screen into the cleaning process.
- Screen Wash 147 can be continuously recirculated until it becomes excessively contaminated with solids.
- Used cleaner may be filtered and reused when appropriate.
