Professional water-based magenta dye-sublimation ink featuring J-TECK Cluster Technology for fast drying, excellent color release, sharp image definition, and reliable performance in compatible piezo digital printers.

Characteristics

JTECK J-NEXT Subly Magenta JXS-65 Dye Sublimation Ink is a professional, new-generation water-based digital sublimation ink engineered for high-quality transfer printing on polyester fabrics and other compatible sublimation substrates.

JXS-65 is manufactured using J-TECK's innovative Cluster Technology, an ink formulation system designed to encapsulate the colorant molecules and promote smooth, controlled passage through compatible piezo printheads. This technology helps provide optimal ink fluidity and dependable printability while supporting the demands of professional digital printing environments.

The J-NEXT Subly formulation provides fast drying on coated sublimation paper, helping improve production efficiency while maintaining excellent image definition. During heat transfer, the ink delivers strong color release from the transfer paper to the compatible substrate for vibrant, detailed finished graphics.

The 200M Magenta formulation provides the magenta component of a J-NEXT Subly process-color ink set and offers excellent color intensity for producing vivid reds, purples, pinks, gradients, photographic images, and other full-color sublimation graphics when used with the appropriate companion colors and color profile.

J-NEXT Subly JXS-65 is designed for use with compatible wide-format digital printers utilizing piezo printhead technology and is particularly suited to systems equipped with compatible Epson printheads. J-TECK specifically notes high-quality performance with DX6 and DX7 printheads.

Suitable applications include sportswear, outerwear, fashion garments, accessories, flags, banners, promotional products, game apparel, and compatible rigid sublimation products.

The ink can be transferred onto polyester and polyamide fabrics as well as mixed synthetic fabrics containing at least 60% synthetic fibers. It can also be used with compatible rigid materials such as wood, ceramics, glass, and certain plastic products when those substrates have an appropriate polyester- or polyamide-based sublimation coating.

JTECK J-NEXT Subly Magenta JXS-65 is supplied in a 1-liter bottle for professional dye-sublimation production.

Usage Tips
  • Stir or agitate the ink as recommended by J-TECK before use.
  • Use only in compatible dye-sublimation printers and ink-delivery systems.
  • Confirm printer, printhead, tubing, damper, and other ink-system compatibility before introducing the ink.
  • Print onto a compatible coated sublimation transfer paper.
  • J-TECK recommends transferring the printed paper hot using a compatible heat press or calender.
  • As a starting point, J-TECK specifies a transfer temperature of approximately 200°C to 210°C (392°F to 410°F) for approximately 30 to 60 seconds.
  • Actual transfer temperature, dwell time, and pressure should be optimized for the transfer paper, substrate, heat-transfer equipment, and production conditions.
  • Perform test prints and transfers before beginning production to establish the correct operating conditions.
  • Use an appropriate ICC color profile for the printer, ink, transfer paper, and substrate combination whenever available.
  • For textile applications, use compatible polyester, polyamide, or mixed synthetic fabrics containing at least 60% synthetic fibers.
  • When decorating rigid products, verify that the substrate has a compatible polyester- or polyamide-based sublimation coating.
  • Store the ink away from direct light and heat sources.
  • J-TECK recommends storage at temperatures below 25°C (77°F).
  • Keep the container properly closed when not in use to help prevent contamination.
  • Follow the current J-TECK Technical Data Sheet and Safety Data Sheet for handling, storage, and production recommendations.
