Tanner Aho · SPSI Inc.Apr 2025
"★★★★★We’ve been in business since 2000 and improving our equipment has been a major focus over the past 3 years. With the help of SPSI we’ve added 3 multi head ZSK embroidery machines, upgraded our auto to an MHM S-Type Extreme, and brought DTF printing in-house with a Velox system. We’ve expanded our capabilities and increased production and our decision to partner with SPSI has been a big part of that. Equipment issues are rare, but when they do arise they dealt with quickly and resolved either over the phone or in person by a knowledgeable technician. Supplies are readily available and ship promptly. SPSI hosts events several times per year that offer valuable training and networking opportunities. Colton and Tom are just a phone call away, ready to answer any of our questions and they are genuinely invested in our success. We’re so grateful for the relationship we have with SPSI.

I ended up buying the full DTF printer setup a few months later, and because of the Velox, I’m able to get orders out so much faster now! Their customer support is always super helpful when I need something, and I still order my supplies from them when needed. I also really appreciate the online forum they have- there’s a ton of helpful info about the Velox that’s saved me more than once! Definitely thankful I walked through their doors that day! Highly recommend going through them for any printing, embroidery, business needs!!

"★★★★★Image Armour Light Shirt pretreat is one of the easiest and most consistent pretreats on the market. Many operators apply too much pretreat to begin with, which can negatively impact the durability of your print. While it's a waste of money, Image Armour can be over applied without negatively affecting the durability of the print. I use it with DuPont inks with great results.

Sean Fite · CCI HR/30 Ink DegradentApr 2022
"★★★★★Been using this brand for 5 years now and it leaves a quality coat every time. If I ever have issues I know it's something I'm doing wrong and never the emulsion. I don't intend on switching to a different brand any time soon!
Jonathan Christman · Chromaline ChromaBlue Photopolymer EmulsionApr 2022
"★★★★★I’ve been in the industry for 15 years and I have to say that having good films is probably the most important part of the process. It’s at least in the top 3 for me. This printer has excellent dmax and blocks light completely. The registration between sheets is as perfect as it gets. I couldn’t be happier with it. Great price too for what you get. FilmMaker alone usually runs about $500 so it’s a no-brainer to get this package together. Highly recommend for those who are teetering between DIY and professional. This will push you over the edge into the latter.

"★★★★★We are beyond pleased with our recent purchase of the 12/14. After a very smooth install we had a few unknown issues with the tablet and connectivity. The SPSI team went above and beyond to quickly remedy this and ensure we had proper training by sending in an extremely competent consultant to show us how powerful this machine really is. Tony was a wealth of knowledge and not only solved some simple problems that we had due to the initial install (regulator issues with pressure mainly) but he gave us a 101 on MhM machines that should really come with every install. These are widely productive machines as we now know, but without the proper training we would never know what they were actually capable of. The productivity vs. a previous M&R is mind blowing. We are printing 9 color prints on black shirts at 650/700 pieves an hour flawlessly which we all know is harder than it sounds. Easy to use, quiet and now relatable, we will be only investing in MHM from here in out. Get a direct to screen and never look back.
