JTECK J-NEXT Subly Cyan JXS-65 Dye Sub Ink - 1 Liter
Professional water-based cyan dye-sublimation ink featuring J-TECK Cluster Technology for fast drying, excellent color release, sharp image definition, and reliable performance in compatible wide-format piezo printers.
Characteristics
JTECK J-NEXT Subly Cyan JXS-65 Dye Sublimation Ink is a professional water-based digital sublimation ink engineered for high-quality transfer printing on polyester, synthetic fabrics, and compatible polyester-coated substrates.
Developed by J-TECK for digital sublimation production, J-NEXT JXS-65 utilizes the company's innovative Cluster Technology. This technology is designed to encapsulate and stabilize the colorant particles, promoting smooth passage through compatible piezo printheads and supporting dependable ink fluidity and printability.
The JXS-65 formulation provides fast drying on coated sublimation paper, helping support efficient printing at production speeds. After heat transfer, the ink delivers excellent color release and sharp image definition for vibrant, detailed sublimated graphics.
J-NEXT Subly is designed for use with compatible wide-format digital printers and is particularly suited for equipment utilizing Epson piezo printheads, including DX6 and DX7 printhead technology. Its stable formulation makes it suitable for professional dye-sublimation environments where consistent jetting and dependable printing performance are important.
The 100C Cyan formulation provides the cyan component required for full-color dye-sublimation production. It is suitable for sportswear, outerwear, fashion garments and accessories, flags, banners, promotional products, and other polyester-based applications.
JXS-65 can be transferred to polyester and polyamide fabrics, as well as mixed synthetic fabrics containing a minimum of 60% synthetic fibers. It can also be used for sublimation onto compatible rigid materials—including wood, glass, and ceramics—when the substrate has an appropriate polyester-based coating.
J-TECK also specifies JXS-65 for compatible plastic substrates used in sporting equipment, including skis, snowboards, and wakeboards.
J-NEXT Subly JXS-65 is an APE-free formulation and is designed as an environmentally conscious professional sublimation ink. The Cyan ink is supplied in a convenient 1-liter bottle for wide-format dye-sublimation production.
