CCI ER80 Emulsion Remover is a highly concentrated stencil remover formulated to rapidly dissolve and remove photopolymer emulsions, diazo emulsions, and capillary film from screen printing mesh. Designed for professional reclaiming operations, ER80 dramatically speeds up the stencil removal process while helping maintain mesh integrity and screen longevity.
Its advanced formulation contains proprietary detergents and performance boosters that improve penetration and breakdown of hardened emulsions, allowing screens to be reclaimed more efficiently. ER80 is suitable for manual reclaiming, dip tank applications, and automated reclaim systems, making it an excellent choice for shops of all sizes.
Mixing Ratio: 1:30 with water — one part ER80 to thirty parts water.

- Always remove excess ink and ink stains before applying ER80.
- Dilute ER80 according to manufacturer recommendations before use.
- Apply evenly to both sides of the screen and allow sufficient dwell time for emulsion breakdown.
- Do not allow emulsion remover to dry on the screen.
- Use a pressure washer or reclaim booth rinse after the emulsion has softened.
- For heavily coated screens, a second application may improve removal efficiency.
- ER80 performs exceptionally well in dip tank reclaiming systems.
- Compatible with automatic reclaim systems because it will not crystallize or clog spray nozzles.
- Mix fresh solution periodically to maintain peak reclaiming performance.
