The Diamond Maxitronic 37" Squeegee Sharpener with Stand/Vacuum is a professional fully automatic precision sharpening system designed to restore worn screen printing squeegee blades to a straight, uniform, and consistent printing edge. With a maximum sharpening length of 37" (94 cm), the Maxitronic is well suited for textile, graphics, industrial, and other screen-printing operations that want dependable in-house squeegee maintenance.

Unlike conventional belt-sanding systems, the Maxitronic uses industrial-strength diamond grinding wheels to precisely resurface polyurethane squeegee blades. Diamond-wheel sharpening provides controlled material removal across the blade, helping maintain a consistent edge and extending the usable life of valuable squeegees.

The fully automatic sharpening process helps eliminate many of the variables associated with manual resurfacing. Once the machine is set up, the Maxitronic automatically moves the sharpening wheel across the squeegee, providing uniform grinding pressure and controlled material removal from one end of the blade to the other.

The Maxitronic securely holds the squeegee by the blade during sharpening rather than depending on the handle for positioning. This design allows the machine to accommodate a variety of squeegee holder configurations while helping maintain accurate blade alignment throughout the sharpening process.

Two straight/square-edge industrial diamond wheels are supplied standard, allowing operators to maintain the traditional square printing edge used for a wide variety of screen-printing applications. Additional wheel grits, sharpening profiles, and custom-designed diamond wheels are available for specialized applications.

Maintaining a clean, straight squeegee edge is critical to controlling ink deposit, print definition, coverage, and overall printing consistency. Rounded, nicked, or uneven blades can produce inconsistent ink deposits and reduce image quality. Regular precision sharpening allows usable polyurethane blades to be restored instead of prematurely replaced.

The included floor stand provides a dedicated, stable workstation for the sharpener, while the vacuum system helps collect polyurethane particles generated during the sharpening process. Together, these features make the Maxitronic a complete professional squeegee-maintenance station for production screen-printing environments.

By automating routine squeegee resurfacing and extending blade life, the Diamond Maxitronic can help reduce replacement costs, improve printing consistency, and provide greater control over an important part of screen-printing press maintenance.
